After 20 years of working in the service industry, combining experience in Sales, Marketing, Events, PR and Coaching, Kate set up Redmond Communications. Specialising in working with staff teaching them life skills and best practice to serve their customers, Redmond Communications offers both group and one to one training.  These courses are well received and have proven to enrich both staff and customer experiences.  We bring our experience to companies in various industries to include Leisure, Finance and Service Industries.
